Right now I have been obsessed with arugula! I know the flavor isn't for everyone since it is rather bold but I pair it with fresh mozzarella, tomato, a sweet vinaigrette, crushed or candied cashews and some mandarin oranges. I have been eating one every day for the past week lol.Erica Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06869560380222432887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2669388162144253637.post-2872683913137020032015-06-20T09:24:36.275-04:002015-06-20T09:24:36.275-04:00I always like the sweetness of berries with salads...I always like the sweetness of berries with salads and this is my first time making my own dressing which is relatively simple. My grandad is italian and he loves to cook. He makes his own salad dressing by mixing mayonnaise, vinegar, a squeeze of lemon juice and a dash of olive oil and it is delicious... I bet if you added your poppy seeds to this dressing it would be a really tangy dressing! :) Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
