J Crew Factory Charley

J. Crew factory is having a new promo, 40% off a lot of items and 15% off with $100 orders.

I got a few Charley sweaters with the last promo. I'm only keeping one for myself, the other 2 are Christmas gifts.

The factory Charley is very similar to J. Crew tippi. They are pretty good quality and the fit is exactly the same as the tippi.

I got these 2 sweaters as gifts. The bow sweater is so darn cute.

I love my J. Crew version of the tippi in dot. It is beige with black dots. This one is just the opposite. The fit is almost identical. The fabric of the tippi is a bit softer than the factory version.

Factory items are very well-made in my opinion. However, their prices fluctuate so much. They run promotions fairly often. But then when they advertise a promo, their prices will go back up full price and when you apply the promo, it would be usually the same as before. I just placed another order yesterday. The promo was 30% off and free shipping. I knew that they would be most likely to run a sale for the U.S. Thanksgiving weekend. I took a chance and placed the order anyway. Of course, they have a promo today. I did a quick calculation with all the items I bought yesterday and it works out to be cheaper yesterday than today.
