Received the J Crew Perfect Shirt in Tartan last week and I couldn't wait to wear it.
I have always loved plaid shirts and this is by far my favorite. One down side about this shirt is this fits tighter than what I have expected. I have read in others' blogs about the same issue. Some say it would stretch out more as you wear more. I guess I will have to wear it every day till Christmas to make it more comfortable and have more room for my holiday feasts!
I'm wearing this with Lands' End Canvas Heritage Cardigan in carnial red and jeans since I'm taking my little nephew out for lunch today.

ReplyDeleteI love seeing how everyone is styling the tartan shirt! I love it with the LEC cardi - the red is the perfect compliment to the tartan shirt. I finally saw one at the J Crew here, but it was too big. Probably best not to shop for myself anyways ;)

My4Boys: Even though the shirt is not as festive as the other bold red ones with stripes, I feel like I need to wear this more for the holidays. I enjoy seeing how you style yours. Great put-together!
ReplyDeleteNVMolly: The tartan shirt fits a little tight. I am usually a size 4 or 6 and I got a 6 in this and I find it a little tiny bit tight. You can easily size up with this particular shirt. Schonoodle, cutie pie.
Alexandra: Yes, I love this shirt even though it fits just a little tighter than I have wanted. Intend to wear it A LOT this week!
