I am a big fan of the Laura Mercier Caviar eye shadow sticks. They are the creamiest and I got a set from previous season and still using them.
These eyeshadow sticks are so easy to use. If you are in a rush, simply dab a little of the lightest shades to your eyelids as a primer or a light splash of color, use your finger to blend it out. Then use a darker shade as an eyeliner or outer edge and you're done. So easy to blend and the shadows stay put for the entire day.
