Charlotte Tilbury is finally here in Canada. I have been hearing lots of raved reviews about the brand. It is now available at Holt Renfrew in Toronto and Vancouver. I haven't had the opportunity to pay a visit to swatch the products in person yet. This month, the website is offering free shipping to Canadians, making the deal much sweeter.
