I wasn't too crazy about it being suede as we get a lot of snow here and the salt gets really nasty on suede even if I pre-treated the boots with protector.

Doesnt' these look exactly like the J. Crew ones? I was so excited. Yes, I know, the quality won't be nearly the same. But it is almost half price of the real deal. And it says it is 100% leather, making life much easier for me. I ordered half size up as they don't come in half sizes.
